I made a little stick-figure drawing of Sun Salutation C (called Surya Namaskar C in Sanskrit). I give a copy to my yoga students, and thought I’d share it with you. It’s easy to forget what we learn in yoga class, and I hope this is an easy visual for you to follow. Feel free to print it up & pass it around!
